Meet Mikaylah Chaffins — our energetic and always smiling listing team assistant who keeps things moving in the office and always upbeat! Georgia born, but Englewood, Florida raised since age 6, Mikaylah is a proud Lemon Bay graduate with an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from State College of Florida. She's passionate about people, obsessed with this town, and brings heart to everything she does.

Whether she’s coordinating listing tasks, meeting new customers, or helping our team shine, Mikaylah’s love for Englewood shows in every detail. She's a certified notary and always ready to step in where needed.

Outside of work, you’ll find her boating, fishing, duck hunting, playing pickleball, or enjoying the Florida sunshine with her black lab, Mullet. She’s been with her fiancé Austin since high school — 8 years and counting — and loves spending time with family, friends, and checking out local restaurants.
